The four steps

A calm, coordinated process

1

Tell us what's going on

Take the 15-minute assessment or call. Share what worries you, upload a few photos, and tell us whether your parent knows you are reaching out.

2

We build the plan

We talk by phone or video, then scope the right service level and assign vetted local providers. You see and approve everything before we begin.

3

We do the work

Our team handles it with patience and care, moving at your parent's pace. Nothing gets removed without their approval.

4

We report back

You get before-and-after photos, a completion checklist, any safety flags, and clear next steps. You always know where things stand.

What makes it work

Built for the worried son or daughter

Most of our clients are adult children, often out of town, trying to do right by a parent who is embarrassed or resistant. That shapes everything about how we operate.

We lead with respect, not judgment. We keep you informed without you having to chase us. And we handle the messy coordination, the cleaners, the haulers, the handyman, so you deal with one trusted person instead of ten strangers.

You stay in control. Your parent keeps their dignity. We do the heavy lifting.

After every visit you receive

  • A completion checklist
  • Time-stamped photographs
  • Notes on maintenance issues
  • Items needing a family decision
  • Recommended next steps
  • Confirmation your parent approved the work
Common questions

Good to know

The online, calling, and Zoom video assessments are always free. If you choose a detailed in-home assessment visit, that starts at $149, which includes an hour of onsite work. A small reset runs roughly $899 with a maximum of 25 hours of onsite work. A whole-home reset is typically $2,500 with a maximum of 40 hours of onsite work. Larger cleanouts and moves are quoted per project. We give you a clear scope before any work begins. If you have any questions, we can hop on a free assessment call and discuss your parents' needs.

It depends on the situation. For urgent needs we move quickly. Tell us your timeline in the assessment and we will be straight with you about what is realistic.

For anything leaving the home, yes. That is a core promise. We keep your parent in control of their own belongings throughout.

Absolutely. Coordinating for out-of-town families is one of the main reasons we exist. See Long-Distance Family Support.
