Why this is different

More valuable than a regular cleaning

A standard cleaning crew shows up, cleans, and leaves. You are left wondering what the house actually looks like now and whether anything is wrong.

The Parent Home Reset is built around the person paying for it: you. So it includes the things a cleaning company does not. We assess the home, document what we find, coordinate the right people, and report back in plain language. You get to see the result, not just hear that it is done.

The value is not the mop. It is the assessment, the coordination, the documentation, and knowing your parent is okay.

You walk away with

  • A clean, safer home your parent can keep living in
  • Time-stamped before-and-after photos
  • A written note on any safety or fall risks we saw
  • Recommended next steps, if any
  • One local contact who now knows the home

Common questions

Good to know

No. The reset focuses on cleaning and safety. If decluttering is needed, we handle it separately and patiently, and nothing leaves without your parent's approval.

The assessment gives the most accurate scope, but we can give you a ballpark by phone or from a few photos, especially for out-of-town families.

We flag it plainly and give you options. That could mean a handyman, a specialized cleanup, or simply a conversation. You decide what happens next.

Usually yes, unless they don't feel comfortable being home while the home is being reset. We work around their comfort. For vacant or inherited homes we can work without anyone present.
