Without trying to do everything yourself. We are a managed home-reset concierge for aging parents, built for the son or daughter who is worried and does not know who to call.
More than a cleaning. Assessment, coordination, and real peace of mind.
Most people who call us do not have a cleaning problem. They have a parent whose home is slowly becoming unsafe, a parent who is embarrassed and resistant to help, and no idea who to trust with something this personal.
Maybe you live in another city. Maybe you have your own kids and a full-time job. Maybe you just do not want to fight with your mom about the garage again. That is exactly who this is for.
If you have thought some version of this, you are in the right place. The National Institute on Aging lists cleanliness, clutter, and room-by-room home hazards among the first signs an older adult may need help at home. Noticing it is not overreacting. It is paying attention.
Start with what you need today. Everything is modular, and nothing moves forward without your parent's okay.
A one-time deep clean and safety reset that gives everyone a fresh starting point.
We help your parent sort into keep, give to family, donate, sell, and dispose at their pace.
You live out of state. We become your eyes, hands, and trusted local contact.
When it is time to move, we manage the whole thing so you do not have to fly in for it.
For assisted-living moves, inherited or vacant homes, probate, or after a loss.
That is the most common call we get. Take the free 15-minute assessment and we will tell you the right service level, no pressure.
Start the free assessmentYou are in California, New York, or Chicago. Your parent is here in Phoenix. After every visit, you get a clear picture of how things really are, without having to interrogate your mom on the phone.
This is nonmedical home support. It is not caregiving or health monitoring.
Pick a rhythm that fits. Adjust or pause anytime.
Take the 15-minute assessment. Share what worries you, upload a few photos if you have them, and let us know if your parent knows you are reaching out.
We talk by phone or video, scope the right service level, and assign vetted local providers. You approve everything before we start.
Our team handles it with patience and care. You get photos, a checklist, and a clear picture of what is next. Nothing removed without approval.
Free and no obligation. Three minutes, no judgment. We will send you a personal recommendation at the end.
"I built this for the call I kept hearing: someone worried about a parent's home, out of town, unsure who to trust. That deserves better than a random cleaning crew."
I'm Clifford Wong, a Phoenix real estate agent. Over the years I kept meeting families in exactly this spot: an aging parent's home slipping out of reach, and no clear place to turn. So I set up Clean My Parents' House to be that place.
The hands-on work is handled by a small, trusted local team, senior-friendly cleaners and organizers plus the vetted providers we coordinate across the Valley.
And to be clear: cleaning and home-transition services never require you to list the property with me. Help is help.
We are a managed concierge, not a national directory. That means a real local team, real accountability, and providers we have personally vetted for working respectfully with older adults.
Not sure if we cover your parent's area? Start the assessment and we will tell you straight.

What to sort, keep, donate, and dispose, step by step.
An honest look at what drives the price and how to plan for it.
Our goal isn't just to throw away your parents' things without your parent's approval. Decluttering is emotional, and we move at their pace, one item at a time. We can even photograph sentimental pieces before anything is donated.
Yes, and this is most of what we do. We lead with dignity and patience, never pressure or "hoarder house" theatrics. Tell us the situation in the assessment and we will handle the first conversation carefully.
We'll do check-in and check-out photos. We have a checklist that we go through to ensure your parents' house is safe. We'll note any maintenance issues, items needing a family decision, and confirmation that your parents approved the work. That is the Peace-of-Mind Visit, and video calls may be done if needed.
No. This is nonmedical home support. We focus on organizing and inventorying items for end-of-life purposes, safety flagging, light cleaning, packing, and coordination. We have recommended caregivers if needed.
Never. Cleaning and home-transition services do not require you to list the property with us. If you eventually want real estate help, it is there. If you do not, that is completely fine.
The online, calling, and Zoom video assessments are always free. If you choose a detailed in-home assessment visit, that starts at $149, which includes an hour of onsite work. A small reset runs roughly $899 with a maximum of 25 hours of onsite work. A whole-home reset is typically $2,500 with a maximum of 40 hours of onsite work. Larger cleanouts and moves are quoted per project. We give you a clear scope before any work begins. If you have any questions, we can hop on a free assessment call and discuss your parents' needs.
